What a day! Matt and Tayla were married on August 4, 2018 at the gorgeous Barn at Wight Farm.  The day began with torrential downpours and they were calling for rain ALL DAY (what is with this rain this summer?!). It was a miracle, but it never once rained in Sturbridge.  Tayla and her bridesmaids got ready at her mother's house in Sterling, where they danced, giggled and drank champagne.  Meanwhile, Matt and his groomsmen got ready at a hotel near the venue.  The hotel room was bustling with jokes and laughter, what a fun group of guys!  The emotional first look between Tayla and her father made even me tear up a bit as her father looked at his little girl as a vision in white, full of pride and joy.  Now, the bridal suite at this venue was hands down one of the best I had ever seen.  It was nice and spacious and tastefully decorated and served as a perfect space for Tayla to get dressed.  The ceremony took place in the building next door to the grounds which was adorable and resembled the inside of a barn.  This country chic wedding was a blast and my long time friend DJ Anthony made sure everyone was having a great time.  The wedding cake was beautiful, of course, but there was a display of Allie's donuts as well that were a huge hit!  One of my personal favorite moments of the night was the dance between the father and the bride as they danced along to a compilation of songs using props.  Matt and Tayla, thank you so much for entrusting me to capture this very special day for you both, it was my pleasure.  I wish you both a lifetime of happiness together!

From the first look down to the centerpieces, every detail was perfectly in place.  At the end of the night, we were treated to fireworks illuminating the guests and our happy couple.

Love was truly in the air that day. I am extremely happy for you all. Wishing you a lifetime of happiness.

To kick off the day, we were able to capture an adorable first look on the rocks nearby (complete with awesome drone coverage!). Shortly following was the serene ceremony which took place nearby at the gazebo with many on lookers. It was a perfect summer day with just enough sun and wind from the shore. The DJ played a vast array of 80's music which was just what this crowd needed to keep them on the dance floor all night long. My favorite thing about this couple? They were up for anything! If I asked to capture a photo at anytime during the night, they were up for it. Never a complaint, just a "let's do it". They were a dream to work with and I am so happy for them and their upcoming adventures.

Her laugh and his smile are infectious. The day started out in true Reilly fashion with a dance party in the living room. There was loud music and dancing on tables before the bride was even dressed for the day.

You know you are in for a fun filled day when the Buzz Bus pulls up to pick up the bridal party. The ceremony was at Historic St. Joseph's church in Cumberland. The pews were packed with family and friends.

We then went over to capture some group photos at the Alma mater of the bride and groom and many of the family members. Bryant University, with it's beautiful grounds and water wall made for a perfect backdrop. We had lots of laughs there. Everyone has quite the sense of humor.

On to Kirkbrae. One of my favorite venues. Tiffany is a fantastic wedding coordinator. This was one of the largest weddings I have had the pleasure of capturing. So many great parts to the day. The speeches were hilarious. Complete with a Patriots jersey. Needless to say the groom is NOT a fan. The dancing went on all night long. It also helps to have a great band which Bayside band had that covered. They even added a pint sized harmonica player for a few songs.

The rain had just let up long enough for the brides dad to deliver a heartwarming ceremony where the couple read their own wedding vows through loving tears.

The sky then opened up and the rain came and it came hard. This didn't stop the crowd from forming around the newly married couple with cameras and phones in hand to capture the gender reveal about to take place. The groom winds up with a football in hand and crashes it down onto a corn hole board. A burst of cheers came from all of the friends and family gathered around as the blue cloud surrounded the elated couple.

It's a boy!!

Once everyone joined the band under the tent the party began. The brides sister and brother had a treat in store. Laughter filled the room as they performed their rendition of Tightrope from the movie The Greatest Showman.

I do not do this very often (that I would admit to anyway), but I sobbed at the sight of Dean dancing with his mom whom had a stroke recently and wanted nothing more than to dance with her son on his wedding day. Well she did it and she did it gracefully.

You looked beautiful Christina.

Then to top it all off, Erin took to the stage to sing to her groom. Not only did she sing but she sang a song that she had wrote just for him. She has such a beautiful voice and was given a well deserved standing ovation.

Erin and Dean thank you for allowing me to witness and capture the love not only that the two of you share but that everyone under that tent, that night shared. I can not wait to meet your baby boy.

Although at times it was down pouring, you would never know it by the smiles on their faces. The rain was not going to interfere with the happiest day of their lives! Michael had just recently became a doctor and together they bought their first home, so they had a lot to celebrate. The very accommodating Harbor lights in Warwick is where they partied all night with family and friends. Even the little ones couldn't leave the dance floor. Towards the end of the night we decided to brave the cold, wind and rain to get some of my favorite backlit umbrella shots.They were troopers and didn't complain once.

Lauren and Michael are an extremely fun and loving couple who love to travel. I feel blessed that I was able to capture these personalities throughout their entire wedding day on Memorial Day weekend.  Despite the fact that it was the hottest day of the year, their outdoor wedding was as magical as ever.  Their first look was at an amazing airBNB that overlooked Bristol harbor.  How sweet was their first look? The ceremony was at one of my favorite locations, Blithewold Mansion, in their picturesque gardens.  The party really got started when Lauren danced with her father to Sweet Caroline.  The whole room sang along! In typical Lauren and Michael fashion, the fun continued throughout the reception with blow up instruments, glow necklaces, and even table dancing.  Thank you guys for allowing me to have such an important part in your amazing day! Here is to your lifetime of happiness.

It was a perfect day at Harbor Lights in Warwick, Rhode Island.  Although, I can't say I am surprised by how much of a blast this wedding was.  Being friends with Deb's kids (and her grandchildren friends with my own children), I have known her for years and I know how much family, love and laughter mean to her.  Also very much like Deb, she didn't want any of the fuss of engagement photos, getting ready shots or cake cutting ceremonies. She simply wanted to marry her best friend surrounded by all of her family and friends.  Don was as dapper as ever in his grey tux and pink tie, only rivaled by Deb who looked absolutely stunning in her elegant gown.  The perfect couple's main concern was that everyone had a great time celebrating their love.  The kids were able to tee off and hit golf balls and everyone danced all night to their favorite rock band, The Senders.  I could barely keep up with them! Deb and Don, I wish you a lifetime of happiness and unconditional love.
